Dancing off the beaten track, far from dance halls’ smooth and flat floors... Replace the dance and the dancer in nature, listening to his strength and to himself.
Sloping terrains, foam trays and tree roots give us a fertile ground to work on concepts such as breathing, grounding, weight transfer, balance and imbalance.
These notions, which are essential in all dance styles, in all sports as in life itself, give echo to our relationship to oneself, to another, and to the space around us.
